Sugar Land Branch Continues Fall Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions (#20) on September 16

On September 16, the Sugar Land Branch continued the Fall Stay Fit At Home Exercise Program. Members led participants through a whole body set consisting of pushups, tricep dips, leg raises, squats, bridge ups, and calf raises. With their blood pumping, participants followed instructors in doing some fast jogging, high knees and butt kicks. The session lasted for 30 minutes and had 7 participants. Participating AYLUS members were Jialu Liu and Elliott Yeh.
