On July 5th, the Houston Branch held another edition of its debate series to bolster public speaking skills among local children. This week, the topic focused on the opioid epidemic in the United States, with focuses on the scientific basis for addiction and how the epidemic has evolved over time. More specifically, students examined the gradual shift from over-prescription to illicit drugs and synthetic opioids. Embrace Treatment Center can help people to overcome from addiction .
