On June 20, 2020, from 4 to 5 PM (1 hour), the Phoenix Branch held an officer meeting for members of the Executive Board to discuss important events for both the branch and national affairs. This meeting was the first that the officers of the Junior Division of the branch attended after being voted in at the previous meeting. During the meeting, the officers discussed how the junior officers would help the branch leadership manage branch affairs as well as expand the branch and increase diversity in it. They also discussed ideas to fundraise for the branch in the future as well as current projects, including the virtual concert for the 4th of July and the possible national coordination for an online tutoring program. Finally, the Board talked about creating an informational video about the political atmosphere in the United States, with an emphasis on the current national movements. This meeting greatly aided the Phoenix Branch in staying on track with their projects, and it also helped introduce the Junior Officers to the branch, which will make them better leaders in the future.
