AYLUS EastCobb continued their partnership with the local volunteer group The Maker Station @ Marietta to design, assemble and donate the much needed mask shields to the public services, front line health professionals and first responders.
To meet the delivery demand of Cobb-Douglas County Public Health Center/Foundation, three of our branch members stepped up for the call – Max Jiang, Sean Yan and Nick Vincent. They not only participated in the weekend assembly at the local event but brought home more materials to assemble, clean, bag and pack to go as well.
In a 5 day span, Sean assembled 70 face shields, Max assembled 550 and Nick cleaned, bagged and packed 900 face shields. This extra help is much needed to make the delivery of June 23rd possible.
Attendances: Sean Yan (3 hrs), Max Jiang (9 hrs) Nicholas Vincent (10 hrs)
