On Nov 2nd, 2019, the East Cobb Branch of AYLUS held East Cobb Youth Tutoring program. A total of 4 students showed up, with 2 tutors to help the students.
The East Cobb Branch holds the Youth Tutoring program every Saturday during school days, giving kids in the Cobb area an opportunity to receive help. The interaction between tutors and students also makes learning more enjoyable.
This time, two of students were tutored for one hour each, other two younger students took half hour each, the tutors taught a variety of subjects with their students longer than the sessions assigned. The tutors also helped library to prepare some presentation stuffs and sorting the books when no student show up. The program gives students a comfortable environment to ask for help in academics students such as reading, math, and science.
