The East Cobb Branch holds the Youth Tutoring program every Saturday during school days, giving kids in the Cobb area an opportunity to receive help. The interaction between tutors and students also makes learning more enjoyable.

This time, the tutors taught 3 students. All were elementary school students and none of the students were in middle school. The tutors worked on a variety of subjects with their students. The program gives students a comfortable environment to ask for help in academics students such as math and reading.

The tutors worked efficiently and mostly taught the kids math. There was a student who had just come from Korea and needed help with English.  After the second session, the other students did not show up, so the tutors sorted out books for the rest of the time
