On September 14, between 1:00 pm and 3:30 pm, 35 Greater Princeton AYLUS (GPA) members hosted a wonderful “Happy Mid-Autumn Festival” Concert at the Merwick Care & Rehabilitation Center in Plainsboro, New Jersey (100 Plainsboro Rd, Plainsboro, NJ 08536, 609-759-6000).
GPA members enjoyed giving music performance for hundreds of patients and brought the community a lot of joy. On September 19, GPA Promotional Editing Team spent 3 hours to share this great volunteering event story with community in two newspapers: Chinese News Weekly and Global Chinese Times!
In the newspapers, it was also announced that GPA is planning its 2nd Benefit Fundraiser Event in Princeton to support GPA selected “Life Saving” non-profit organization – Princeton First Aid & Rescue Squad. The concert has been scheduled for December 14th, 2019.
