On August 14, 2019, Greater Princeton AYLUS (GPA) “Humanitarian Care” team served again at Cornerstone Community Kitchen in Princeton (PCCK) from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm (2 hours). PCCK is a food kitchen regularly serving dinner once a week on Wednesdays, aiming at helping underprivileged people in the Princeton area.
GPA volunteers Xin Chen and Anmei Deng worked at PCCK from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm (2 hours). They helped families with delicious meatballs, pasta and salad as well as patience and smile. After people finish their dinner, GPA volunteers took the dishes to be cleaned. Finally, they distributed food bags for people to bring food home, feeling happy to serve the community and care for the people.
