Edison Branch, April 26th, 2019
The AYLUS Edison Branch conducted the community service event at New Jersey Veteran’s Memorial Home on April 26th, 2019. Xin Chen, Victoria He, Li Zhang and Anmei Deng went to the veteran home and made Volunteer Social activity with the seniors. They communicated with the seniors with world and state news and listened to their old stories. Then they transported the disabled seniors to the town square to have the “Word Games, Ballroom Gumba Core and Independent Card Games”, helped the people if needed. The seniors spent a happy afternoon in their accompany. Finally they transported the seniors back respectively. The Edison Branch people were proud to have the service spring break, Anmei Deng was responsible for taking pictures during the afternoon..
