On Wednesday April 9th, 2019, Greater Princeton AYLUS (GPA) returned to serve at the Cornerstone Community Kitchen in Princeton (PCCK). PCCK offers free and nutritious meals to people in need every Wednesdays.
In order to serve more than 100 people, GPA member Amber Yu helped decorate the dinner tables, clean up the kids play areas, and set up toys during the two hours (4pm-6pm). The preparation work was essential to the community kitchen.
Amber could imagine how friendly and relaxed the families and their young kids must feel when they come to the cozy kitchen. Once again it was a great experience for her to work at the Cornerstone Kitchen.
