AYLUS Columbus Branch members Stanley Cao, Misha Lee, Aidan Li, Brenna Li, Claire Li, Eileen Liang, Michelle Lin, Alice Nie, Erica Shen, and Amy Xuan were nominated for the Community Champion Awards sponsored by the Dublin Chamber of Commerce. It was a great honor to be recognized by the city for all the hard work of the volunteers. The ceremony started 14 years ago with the intention of nurturing and encouraging young citizens who engaged in their society through leadership and service. The award ceremony was on Saturday April 20, 2019, participants Stanley Cao, Misha Lee, Brenna Li, Claire Li, Eileen Liang, Alice Nie, Erica Shen, and Amy Xuan received a medal, gift bag, and overwhelming applause. Erica Shen was selected for a one hundred dollar award towards supporting her future education goals due to her outstanding service. Lunch was provided after the ceremony as another token of gratitude from the Dublin Chamber of Commerce. Once again, a huge congratulations to everyone!
