Greater Princeton AYLUS (GPA), NJ Branch, has many talented members. Since December 11th, 2018, we started to feature some of them on our web page, so all GPA members get to know each other. Hopefully, it would also help with more constructive and collaborative teamwork among GPA members in our volunteer activities! So here comes one of our proud members Keyu Yang:

I am Keyu Yang, but all my friend like to call me Paul. I am a Freshman in the Princeton High School, I came to America four years ago, I can speak both Chinese and English very well, and now it is my second year of learning French.
I love to work and craft with my hand, such as baking, making crafts and drawing. I learned how to bake when I was 6, ever since then, I love to work with food, I love dessert and food, it is like a part of me. Whenever I have some free time, I always spend it on baking or crafting. Crafting is also a huge part of me, I like to fold the paper and turn them into all kinds of cool looking “creatures,” and other time I like to work with clay to turn them into cute animals. I like really cute things, like animal, and I love to draw them out. I have been learning how to draw for more than 7 years, using materials such as color pencil, and to paint with watercolor and oil paint.
Some other thing that I am interested in is music, I like to sing and play the guitar. Singing is one of my favorite hobbies, I sing when I hear the music that I know of. On the other hand, playing the guitar is also really fun, I have learned how to play many of my favorite songs. Isn’t it a huge achievement that you can play the guitar and sing along with it?
I am not a very athletic person, but I do play the golf. Sometimes I just love to stay at home, playing video games; sometimes, I just don’t like to run a lot, which is probably the reason I choose golf as my major sport. By the way, I am a person that just love all kinds of cute animals, and I really enjoy hanging out with them.
I joined the fantastic GPA organization, because I wanted to make some new friend and of course serving our community as much as possible with the talents I have got.
