AYLUS Dallas Branch students had the opportunity to set up donation boxes at various Dallas public libraries in order raise much-needed funds for cancer research. The students were able to collect the necessary items through donations from both the staff and visitors to the libraries. Prior to the event, students set up posters and handed out pamphlets promoting the cause. Even though the campaign lasted only 2 days, the project had many contributors. Thank you Dallas Public Libraries for letting us make this project a reality and thank you to all the generous people who made those who needed our help smile 🙂
