On Saturday, August 22, volunteers from AYLUS Greater Buffalo visited the Chinese school for a pre-school picnic, spending a lively afternoon with the Chinese school.
The children were primarily responsible for managing several stations, with the older kids playing with the younger ones. Volunteers helped with face painting, chess stations, gaga and volleyball, beanbag tosses, and more.
An AYLUS Outreach Table was also set up to introduce AYLUS and our regular volunteer activities to families at Chinese language schools, which helped us meet many new friends.
Special thanks to all the volunteers and parents who participated! Not only did everyone take their respective stations seriously, but they also stepped in and offered assistance as needed throughout the event, ensuring its smooth execution.
