On October 4th, 2026, members of AYLUS Syosset volunteered at the Mid-Autumn Festival at Parking Field 8, Lakeside Theater, of Eisenhower Park from 11:30 AM to 5 PM. Volunteers helped set up the stands and vendors, setting up the game stations and tents. Members worked at stands, helping create goods for children and selling them for tickets. Volunteers were stationed and monitored games where children could play for tickets. Members’ efforts allowed customers, children, and parents alike to have a fun and organized experience at the festival. Members’ efforts also included interacting with children and the elderly, strengthening our members’ involvement in the community and helping them gain experience in social interactions and organization with a wide variety of people.
