The Summer Coding Academy 2026 was successfully held on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at a Columbus public library. The free, in-person event was designed to provide students with an opportunity to strengthen their programming skills, explore computer science, and connect with other students who share an interest in coding.
The event featured small-class workshops with no more than six students per class, allowing instructors to provide students with individualized guidance and encourage active participation. The workshops were designed to create a supportive and engaging learning environment where students could learn at their own pace, ask questions freely, and gain confidence in programming.
