From 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. PDT on Sunday, August 2nd, members of the Saratoga AYLUS branch volunteered with the organization CityTeam at its San Jose shelter location to provide meal prep assistance to those in need of food.
At this event, volunteers were able to prepare fresh goods and mixed vegetables donated from common grocery stores to the shelter in order to help the shelter better prepare to serve individuals the next days.
