AYLUS Great Neck Branch Tutoring at Station Library 118th (6/11/26)

On June 11th, Great Neck AYLUS hosted another successful tutoring session at the Great Neck Library Station Branch from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. To begin with, Brendan helped a 4th-grade student with difficult AMC 8 mathematics questions. He solved systems of equations and combinatorics problems that were well beyond his grade level. It proved to be a difficult time, but they still pulled through and completed the practice. Brian helped with the same math questions and also helped a 6th grader with a French project. Next, Summer helped with something completely different: English Language. She helped with reading comprehension and with basic vocabulary essential to sentences. Lastly, Junlin helped with ratio questions. Utilizing formulas made the work appear neat and precise. Overall, the tutoring session was another great success! And it will continue next Tuesday, the 15th of June.
