AYLUS Roslyn Provides Food to Local Families Through NOSH Delivers! Food Pantry (110th) on December 30th, 2025

On Tuesday, December 30, 2025, from 9 am to 1pm, members of the AYLUS Roslyn Branch volunteered at Nosh Deliver. Which is a nonprofit food pantry that was founded during 2020 to help the people who needed food.

We worked inside the food pantry and followed the staff’s directions. Everyone got started right away, and we helped out with different jobs during the day. We packed food into bags one by one so they would be ready for the next day. After checking the bags, we closed them and put them on the shelves. Extra bags were saved for later.
We also helped people shop for food. We showed them where things were and helped get items when they needed help. When shelves were empty, we restocked them and put everything back where it belonged. We opened boxes, put food away, and tried to keep the shelves neat.
Overall, it felt good to help the community and see how a food pantry works. It was a good experience, and I’m glad we were able to be part of it.
