On Saturday October 25th, AYLUS Syosset came back to the CCE farmer’s market hosted at Eisenhower park. As this is the last session of the season, we were all sad that the market was coming to an end. However, our volunteers still decided to make the most out of today, and have a great time. As per usual, our earliest volunteers arrived to help set up the different booths. In addition to our activities station which features different coloring sheets, yard games, and books, we added in a red-light-green-light section as well. Two of our very talented, artistic volunteers also created speed drawings for our visitors and vendors! We also took care of the visitor count, helped customers with carrying their bags, and passed out different flyers to make sure that everyone would be on our email list. Even though today was the last outdoor session of the season, we are proud to announce that we are starting our winter market! This was a proposed project over the years, and the team is excited to finally announce that it’s coming to life. We hope to see our beloved vendors during the winter. That’s all for this season, and we will be waiting to return next June!
