Chapel Hill Branch Bakes Cookies for Meals on Wheels on June 14 – 15, 2025

On June 14 – 15, 2025, members of Chapel hill Branch baked homemade cookies for Meals on Wheels, an organization committed to fighting hunger in our community. For years, Meals on Wheels has been delivering vital meals to local seniors and others who struggle to access food, ensuring they receive the nourishment they need. Our dedicated volunteers baked the cookies in their own kitchens, hoping that these simple acts of care and kindness would bring joy to the seniors they serve. We also hope to inspire others in our community to join in and spread goodwill.

Volunteers who participated in this event were Eric Sun (6 hours of baking cookies on 6/14/2025, 2 hours of packaging and delivery to MOW on 6/15/2025), Grace Gao (6 hours on 6/14/2025), Alwin Liu (6 hours on 6/14/2025), Leah Yang (6 hours on 6/14/2025), Karen Lin (6 hours on 6/14/2025), and Andrew Zhao (6 hours on 6/15/2025).
