AYLUS Annual Calendar
March 30: Deadline for Branch Financial Report
- If an AYLUS branch’s annual income exceeds $1,000 (including all fees, donations, and fundraising), a financial report must be published on the AYLUS website by March of the following year. The branch should also email the link to the financial report to aylfus@gmail.com to help headquarters compile a summary for public oversight.
- The financial report should include:
a. Income and expenses for each program/project
b. Receipts for each expense
c. Related bank statements
d. Other necessary documentation
March-April: Branch leadership re-election.
May 1 (paused): AYLUS annual PVSA application starts. The relevant forms and instructions are as follows:
- AYLUS PVSA application notice
- AYLUS PVSA Application Guide
- AYLUS Volunteer Activities Guide
- Applicant Form (for members)
- Branch Advisor Form (for advisors)
May 15 (paused): Application deadline for the Presidential Volunteer Award PVSA.
June 1: Post the headquarters leadership application notice. The relevant forms and instructions are as follows:
- AYLUS National Leadership Election Guide
- AYLUS Election Advertisement
- AYLUS Leadership Application Form
June 30: Deadline for national leadership application.
July 20: Announcement of the new AYLUS national leadership elected list.
