On Sunday morning, December 8th, members of AYLUS Chapel Hill gathered beautiful flowers donated by the local Trader Joe’s and delivered them to Charles House, a nonprofit serving seniors. The flowers will be used in an art project with the residents, offering a creative and enjoyable way to lift their spirits. AYLUS Chapel Hill hopes the floral gifts will bring joy and brighten the seniors’ day. The group is excited about the success of this initiative and looks forward to more opportunities to collaborate and support the community.
Volunteers who participated in this event were Joshua Yoon (1.5 hours) and Nicholas Wang (1.5 hours).
