On November 2, members of the AYLUS Chapel Hill Branch volunteered at the local “Taste of China” event, supporting the community and celebrating Chinese culture. The 4th Annual Taste of China – Chinese Food and Culture Festival, co-hosted by the Town of Cary, offered attendees a chance to experience the vibrant traditions of Chinese cuisine, music, and art. AYLUS Chapel Hill members helped with event setup and worked at booths selling Chinese-themed memorabilia, including stuffed dragon animals, cute t-shirts featuring Chinese food logos, decorative fans, mugs, and rabbit lanterns. The event was a great success, bringing the community together to celebrate diversity and heritage. AYLUS Chapel Hill remains dedicated to service and community engagement, providing meaningful volunteer opportunities for its members.
