Anna Zheng served as the lead organizer, leading Roy Zheng and Christy Zheng in coordinating the event. During setup, the three leaders directed volunteers in arranging the booth, organizing ingredient stations, and ensuring all supplies were fully stocked and easily accessible.
The volunteers prepared milk tea and a new Thai tea recipe while working together to maintain consistency in drink preparation. Team members reviewed each drink throughout the event to ensure every cup met quality standards before being served to guests. Volunteers also encouraged community members to scan the feedback and order forms to help improve future events.
At the end of the evening, the volunteers completed a full cleanup effort, ensuring the venue was left in excellent condition and that all materials were properly sorted and stored.
The event successfully introduced the new customizable milk tea and Thai tea to the neighborhood, allowing guests to personalize their drinks with a variety of toppings and sweetness levels. PROMIS/AYLUS Pearland delivered a memorable and well-organized event for more than 100 community members.
