On Friday, May 22, 2026, our volunteers supported the City of Pearland Concerts in the Park, held at Southdown Park.
At the event, the volunteers played an important role in helping make the city-sponsored event a success. They assisted with running the information booth, greeting guests, collecting guest surveys, distributing raffle tickets, and helping hand out prizes. A group of our volunteers assisted with monitoring the parking lot by guiding vehicles, directing guests to available parking areas, and helping maintain a safe and orderly flow of traffic.
In addition, our volunteer offered complimentary face painting to guests who attended the concert. Children and families enjoyed choosing colorful designs. Many guests expressed excitement and appreciation for this free activity.
Volunteering allows our volunteers to serve their community, gain leadership experience, and work as a team while creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere for everyone attending the concert.
