On April 11th, AYLUS members Madison and Bryan visited Blake Nursing Home to spend time with the residents and facilitate engaging activities.
During the visit, they set up and guided several interactive activities, including matching games, coloring, and puzzles. These activities were designed to provide both entertainment and meaningful companionship for the residents, creating a warm and supportive environment.
Through consistent engagement, it was encouraging to observe that many residents are becoming more comfortable and confident in participating in these games. Their ability to engage, respond, and complete activities has shown noticeable improvement over time.
