On 10/28/2023, members of AYLUS Syosset Branch hosted a park clean-up event in our members’ favorite park, Town of Oyster Bay Syosset S01 Park. ALYUS members came prepared with rakes, disposable bags, and gloves. Some members began picking up litter on the way to the park. ALYUS members were splitting into small groups. Each group began picking up litter and removing debris from one side of the park until reached the other side of the park. ALYUS members collected two large bags of litter, from cigarette filters, water bottles, to beverage packaging. Each member enjoyed a fun time and made their favorite park a much cleaner place that all neighbors can enjoy.
