Aylus Greater Triangle Branch volunteers visit Cary firefighters on 9/10/2023.

On the occasion of the 9/11 anniversary, volunteers from our branch paid a heartfelt visit to Fire Station No. 8 in Cary. The volunteers used their own pocket money to buy fresh fruit, cake, water and Coke, and carefully assembled A care package for firefighters.

In addition to the physical gifts, Aylus volunteers created additional personalized cards expressing their deep gratitude and admiration for the bravery and dedication of local firefighters. The firefighters were deeply moved by these actions.

This is an annual event for our branch and our way of saying thank you for the bravery and selflessness of our local firefighters. This is a small token of our immense gratitude.

During the visit, the firefighters generously explained and visited their daily lives and living areas in detail. This allows volunteers to gain a deeper understanding of the challenges and sacrifices firefighters face.

Aylus volunteers have made it a meaningful tradition to express gratitude to local firefighters on 9/11, thereby increasing community awareness and connections. As the nation commemorates 9/11, this heartfelt initiative is a powerful testament to the Cary community’s enduring spirit of unity and gratitude.
