Greater Princeton AYLUS Volunteers at Science & Technology Showcase on October 2nd, 2022

On Sunday, October 2nd, the Greater Princeton Branch of AYLUS (GPA) volunteered at the Raritan Valley Science & Technology Showcase events at Bridgewater Commons (400 Commons Way, Bridgewater, NJ).

This event was for all ages in the community with a focus on K-12 students to inspire and energize them to not only think big but to develop the science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) skills needed to become tomorrow’s innovators and leaders. The weekend was action-packed with activities throughout two levels of the Bridgewater Commons.

RVSTS has four FIRST Robotics Competition High School Teams. GPA volunteers helped with crowd control in different areas of the mall, and things like food setup/breakdown.

GPA Volunteers: Xing Liao (10/2, 3 hrs), Andrew Yao (10/2, 3 hrs), Leo Yao (10/2, 3 hrs), Ethan He (10/2, 3 hrs), Isabella He (10/2, 3 hrs), Kevin Chen (10/2, 2 hrs), Jerry Chen (10/2, 2 hrs), Gloria Wang (10/2, 2 hrs), Annie Shangguan (10/2, 2 hrs), Andrew Chan (10/2, 5 hrs), and more.
