On June 12, 2022, many of our members and parents gathered together at Chapel Hill Community Park for the distribution of awards to those who gave the most contribution to the events, as well as to celebrate everyone’s efforts in the past year. Five members this year have earned the President’s award, which are Luna Chen, Nicholas Wang, Ethan Li, Alyssa, Yuan, and Michelle Lan. We also sent out participating awards to four of our members, which are Jack Xu, Chris Wu, Kathryne Hong, and Kevin Chen. We gave flower bouquets and decorated thank you cards for our three biggest donors in appreciation for their helpful donations. Both the current president, Kevin Chen, and the previous president of our branch, Mark Wang, gave speeches in congratulation for our team’s hard work. After the award ceremony, all members participated in a trash clean-up at Bolin Creek Trail.
