East Cobb Branch Had English Tutoring Session IV On week of 6/8/2020

On 6/8 and 6/11, Richard Huang from the East Cobb Branch participated in the English Tutoring Program and tutored for 1 hour each session.

This program’s goal is to provide English guidance to the elderly who do not know much English. Volunteers are needed for 1 on 1 tutoring sessions. By helping these elderly improve their English, the goal is to make communication smoother and life easier for them.

We learned from the basic language training to the training of daily communication sentences. The students were very cooperative with the teaching and actively used English to communicate.

I felt very happy to be able to teach English to others because I personally understand the struggles of not being able to communicate smoothly.
