Greater Princeton AYLUS Event Planning Team Made Fundraiser Events (5th) for “Save A Life” Foundation at Princeton Public Library on November 10, 2019

Reported by Cassie Tammy Wang

On Sunday afternoon, November 10, 2019, the Greater Princeton AYLUS (GPA) Event Planning Team made its 5th fundraiser event in Princeton, NJ, where the benefit music performance is to take place on December 14, 2019.

GPA team went to Princeton Public Library on the Witherspoon Street to raise money for the GPA “Save A Life” Foundation. The stand has an attractive exhibition board telling people who we are, what we do, and why we are raising funds for the Princeton First Aid & Rescue Squad! Besides the board, GPA members held a donation box, along with lots of flyers and programs so people passing by could catch what we were there about and voluntarily made donations. The promotional event lasted from 1 pm to 5 pm. GPA members applauded and cheered loudly each time people purchased or donated.

We are very grateful to everyone who stopped by and listened. Any amount, small or large, can make a difference. The proceeds will go to the GPA “Save A Life” Foundation so we could support events such as the Benefit Music Performance on Dec. 14, 2019.

Participants (4 hours for all): Amy Lin, Fengqi Wen, Mingjie Liu, Kathie Wang, and Xin Chen.
