Greater Princeton AYLUS Rehearsed on June 6, 2019 for a “Culture Promotion” Project Related Chinese Tibetan Dance Performance

On Thursday night, June 6th, 2019, Greater Princeton AYLUS (GPA) members went to Highland Park to help rehearse a Tibetan Dance Performance for the last time. The performance has been scheduled for June 8th around noon at the Wheaton Arts and Culture Center, NJ.

During the 4 hours of rehearsal, GPA members Kevin Liu, Keyu Yang, Victor Peng, and Cassie Tammy Wang joined more than 30 adult dancers for the final group rehearsal. The traditional Tibetan wedding these actors have put together for the show, includes the following six parts: (1) Crying before Getting Married; (2) Presenting Hada to Bride and Groom; (3)  Kangding Love Song; (4) Tibetan Clothes Show; (5) A Folk Dance: Ko Chuang; and (6) Getting Married.

All actors are heading to the Wheaton Arts and Culture Center (Address: 1000 Village Dr., Millville, NJ 08332) for the “Culture Promotion” related performance!
