Greater Princeton AYLUS Volunteered at the Third Annual West Windsor-Plainsboro Education Foundation Innovation Fair on May 18, 2019

The West Windsor-Plainsboro Education Foundation (WW-PEF) Innovation Fair is a showcase of the incredible talents of the diverse student population in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts and Math (STEAM). It brings together students, teachers, businesses and organizations that seek to support Excellence in Education. This year the 3rd Annual Innovation Fair was held on May 18, 2019 at the High School North.

During the event, Greater Princeton AYLUS (GPA) helped with the jewelry making station from 10:00 to 11:30 am (1.5 hours for GPA member Amber Yu). The station was in the hallway and there was a table of chains, charms, and other jewelry making materials. The volunteers helped the people who came to their table to make an assortment of steampunk jewelry by using jump rings to attach the charms to necklaces with pliers as well as opening earring hoops.
