Reported by Cassie Tammy Wang

AYLUS Greater Princeton, NJ Branch (GPA) has many members who enjoy of reading and writing, therefore everyone probably has some used books at home.

To help those used books find their new home, and to promote Children’s Literacy, GPA has launched a year-round “Book Drive” project starting from January 1st, 2019.

All GPA members are encouraged to give away their used while still decent books at home, collect used books from other people, deliver books to their Team Leaders’ places, where the books are to be stored for a bit before being transported to one location, sorted and packed ready for charity donation throughout the years.

Volunteer hours of GPA members are to be counted for all “Book Drive” related efforts, such as sorting, packing, and transportation, etc. Besides, GPA encourages its members to actively participate in all kinds of meaningful recycling volunteer activities.

A book can be a perfect gift. Please join us in the Book Drive, and keep up good work all GPA members!

Book, gift, bow.
