The Recovery Pillow was designed as a post-surgical support pillow for heart surgeries and/or other surgeries. It is heart-shaped and covered in flannel fabric. It is stuffed with fiberfill (stuffing) to allow the pillow to adjust to each patient’s comfort needs, while still maintaining the needed support required.
Carol Chen went to store to purchase cloth, ribbon and stuffing. she spent 5-6 hours per week in the past 10 weeks, especially during weekend, cut them and sewing the pillow, and then fill the pillow with stuffing. on 05.22.21, Carlo delivered these pillows to dignity healthy foundation, they will distribute these pillows to the different ICUs.
