Description of the Philadelphia Branch

The Philadelphia Branch of the Alliance of Youth Leaders in the United States is a student-led organization that creates opportunities for its members to help further their leadership skills and character through services in the Philadelphia community.

This branch was created during the recent SEPTA violence to recognize that adolescents also have a voice that can impact the society we live in. We strive to help the City of Brotherly love through advocacy, volunteering, and donations. We encourage the future members of this branch to utilize their skills to improve not only the branch goals but also the city. It doesn’t matter if you excel in the arts, logistics, and so forth there will always be a spot for you because a diverse group will allow for different ideas and experiences to prosper! In this branch, we hope to have a transparent and welcoming place where the members can voice their opinions and ideas without being judged! We must have a courage that roars, a heart that feels, and a voice that sings.

At this branch, you will create friendships and connections that will be worth a lifetime. For there to be change in this society, we must all come together regardless of the different communities we affiliate with! We are currently open to any partnerships with organizations in Philadelphia (Pennsylvania
