The Description of the Clarksville Branch

Our mission is to provide a program that builds partnerships between students and veterans.
It helps students learn from veterans’ responsibility, courage, perseverance, and collaboration,
improves students’ stress-resilience, preserves the living history of our veterans,
encourages students to volunteer at American Legion and veteran organizations, and supports
veterans.

The program includes four parts:
1. Interview veterans and share veterans’ stories.
2. Host events and invite veterans to speak at schools.
3. Volunteer at VAs and Veteran Organizations.
4. Host events with veteran organizations.
