On Sunday, March 13th, volunteers from the AYLUS Columbus Branch performed music at the Senior Star at the Dublin Retirement Village, an assisted living facility in Dublin, Ohio. From 5 to 6 p.m., volunteers played music for the senior residents on the piano, violin, and saxophone in the facility lobby. The residents were extremely excited to hear the music and gave many affirming compliments to the volunteers. Using their musical abilities, the AYLUS volunteers were able to effectively bring upon joy to their communities through meaningful service. Additionally, the volunteers helped with setup and cleanup of the performance area.
