In order to raise mental health awareness, AYLUS headquarter committee of mental health is conducted a mental health related anonymous survey across all the branches to take a snapshot of mental health status of American teens and preteens (Grades 5-12) and collect publicly available mental health resources offered by schools or other official sources. From September until October 15, 2023, over 20 members from AYLUS Pearland participated in the survey, they not only answered the survey questions, but also provided useful resources from their schools or other sources. Some volunteers also referred the survey to other youth to help spread the survey information. Overall, the survey helped AYLUS members to be aware of their mental health.
