On July 15, 2023, AYLUS members were invited to attend an online seminar and complete a
survey on behalf of Derek Zhu’s community outreach project for the Light and Salt Association Youth Program. The seminar presented two licensed counselors, Mrs. Grace Shay and Ms. Lynn Tan, while the survey contained information pertaining the seminar’s topic, gaining community feedback, opinions, and data regarding their engagement in healthy living and concern for the topic. Participants were not awarded service hours for seminar (1 hr). AYLUS volunteers received half hour in compliance with the project and for completing the survey and organizing their data.
