San Diego Branch Hosted the 1st monthly bottles and cans recycling event in San Diego on 4/29/23

Reported by Kevin Kan

On April 29th, San Diego students of Aylus hosted its first monthly bottles and cans recycling event. Inspired by the Earth Day 2023, we set a goal to take action and to be a part of the green revolution. The students collected recyclable items and sorted them in a nearby recycling center. All proceeds go to fund Libraries with Love project.
We plan to do bottles and cans recycling event every month. We would love to make a difference by contributing to a cleaner, healthier, and waste-free planet. In addition we hope our contribution will inspire others to take action and protect our planet for future generations.
