On Saturday, July 30th, 2022, ten members of the AYLUS Chapel Hill branch performed at Carol Woods, a retirement community in Chapel Hill. Among the ten members were seven pianists, two clarinetists, and one saxophonist, and a variety of music was performed, some having been written in the Romantic era while others were composed in more modern times. Members enjoyed performing at the retirement community as it permitted them to share their love of music with senior members of the local community, and the AYLUS Chapel Hill branch looks forward to performing monthly for seniors.
