Sprout Event by the East Cobb Branch
On 5/22/2022, the East Cobb Branch of AYLUS held a Youth Sprout Event on the farm at 6980 Alan Thomas Rd, Dawsonville, GA 30534.
Work done: We weeded a plot of land, planted corn seeding plants in that plot of land, and then watered them. The task was completed in 2-3 hours. The group went to the lake and did various activities afterwards, like feeding chicken and fishing.
Experience: During this volunteer event, we worked as a group and were very productive. We obtained some farming knowledge and had a ton of fun.
