San Diego Branch organized the 3rd cleaning up enviroment event at Carmel Valley Trail on May 28th, 2022

The AYLUS San Diego Committee organized the 3rd cleaning up environment event at Carmel Valley Trail on May 28th, 2022.

Trash pollution is a prevalent issue in many parts of the world today, harming the environment as well as wildlife within the area. We believe that as global citizens, it is our mission to protect our Mother Earth. With this in mind, the San Diego Brach kicked off the cleaning up environment event, which is an attempt to help the local environment suffering from the buildup of trash. We believe that by our efforts to keep the local enviroment clean, we will create conditions that are much more conducive to biodiversity.

On Saturday, May 28th, 2022, AYLUS San Diego Committee conducted the 3rd clean-up event on Carmel Valley Trail, removing trash such as plastic bottles, bags, caps, balls, straws and metal cans.

Members that participated (2.5 hours for each) were: Megan Zhou,Steven Zhu,Andrew Chen,Ryan Bai,Andrew Lin,Nathan Yang,Kevin Kan,Lauren Kan.
