Sugar Land Branch Continues Fall Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions (#18) on September 9

On September 9, the Sugar Land Branch Continued the Fall Stay Fit At Home Exercise Program. Members lead participants through a warm-up consisting of from/back and side to side jumps. Following, members lead participants through an arm set consisting of forward/backward big and small arm circles. Finally, the last set was an ab set, which participants strengthened their core through flutter kicks, pilates, v ups, burpees, and push ups. The session lasted 30 minutes and had 9 participants. Participating members were Jialu Liu and Nicole Wu.
