On November 8, 2026, 1:15-2:45PM, AYLUS Glen Head proudly hosted the first music lesson for children, marking an exciting new initiative to promote music education and encourage young learners to explore the joy of music.
During this introductory lesson, we shared our musical knowledge and experience with young participants, introducing them to basic musical concepts, rhythm, melodies, and the fundamentals of playing an instrument. Through interactive demonstrations, hands-on guidance, and engaging activities, the children had an opportunity to discover music in a fun, welcoming, and supportive environment.
This initiative reflects AYLUS Glen Head’s commitment to community service, youth leadership, and arts education. By providing opportunities for young musicians to share the music skills and inspire the next generation, we hope to make music more accessible to children, nurture their creativity and confidence, and encourage a lifelong appreciation of music.
We look forward to continuing this meaningful program and creating more opportunities for children to learn, experience, and enjoy music together.
