On October 17, 2026, five volunteers joined together to participate in the weekly Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) meal-packing event. For some uncertain reason, that day only 20ish people showed up to the event including our Aylus volunteers, and with each person having been assigned their own roles with either, packing, labeling or warehouse crew, only 1 packing table was filled. However even with only around 20 or so people in the entire facility including our fellow Aylus volunteers, we managed to pack 26 boxes of mana pack rice within the 1 1/2 hour session. With the hard work of each members dedication to help food insecure families, 15 kids will be able to have a daily meal in front of them for an entire year. Thank you so much to all the volunteers who participated that day, and I hope that we can keep up the hard work and have more people join us next time!
