On Saturday, October 10th, youth volunteers from the AYLUS Houston branch came together to support the Katy Rice Harvest Festival 2026 at the Historic Town Square. Dedicated to giving back to the community, our team enthusiastically assisted throughout the vibrant festival grounds to help ensure a smooth, enjoyable event for families and visitors of all ages.
From guiding attendees through the bustling vendor booths and interactive Agriculture Adventure Area to supporting logistics that benefit the Rotary Club of Katy, our volunteers brought energy, collaboration, and a spirit of service to every task. By helping host an event where 100% of net proceeds go toward local scholarships and charitable organizations, our members were proud to contribute to Katy’s rich agricultural heritage and thriving community spirit.
We extend our sincere thanks to the festival organizers and the City of Katy for coordinating such a wonderful event, as well as to our hardworking volunteers for their time and dedication. AYLUS Houston looks forward to continuing our tradition of community service and making a positive impact in our next volunteer effort!
